At Pawprint Oxygen, we stand behind our life-saving equipment and want to ensure your pet has the support they need. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for most unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging and have not been used; for safety reasons, oxygen canisters cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our dedicated pet care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and receive further instructions.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items with the RMA form included and ship them back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
